There are so many who need our help. Here are some wonderful charities I'm supporting. I hope you'll check them out and give if you can.
Homeboy industries
This organization is all about second chances. Providing hope and job training for formerly gang involved and previously incarcerated men and women so they can redirect their lives and become contributing members of society. One of the programs close to my heart, trains aspiring bakers, then employs many of the trainees in the Homeboy Bakery. You can find their delicious breads and pastries (including a highly addictive double cinnamon bread) at local Farmer’s Markets all over Los Angeles.
CALIFORNIA FIRE
FOUNDATION
Providing emotional and financial assistance to families of fallen firefighters, firefighters putting their lives on the line and the communities affected by these devastating California fires.
THE LOS ANGELES FIRE
DEPARTMENT FOUNDATION
Supporting the first responders who support us. Provides essential equipment, training and public outreach to help these brave women and men excel at their job.
