VEGETARIAN MUSHROOM THYME GRAVY


 

“Vegetarian” isn’t a word you see me posting here too often. But this gravy is the bomb!

The Foodinista posted this recipe from Food52 a few years back and I’ve been using it ever since. (For my vegan friends, there’s an option for you as well in the author notes!) I love that it can be made days ahead of serving, which eliminates a little stress on the big cooking day!
