HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM

It’s hard to believe it by looking at her, but my mother turned 70 this month. Cheers to her for more than proving that age is just a number.

We had a lovely gathering at our home to celebrate. Thank you SusieCakes bakery for always nailing it on the celebration cakes for our family. This is my mother’s favorite cake in the world and she requests it every time she visits us in Los Angeles. Vanilla frosting over vanilla cake with some gold sanding sugar dusted on top. So delicious! I found this pretty cake topper on Amazon here.
