GUINNESS ICE CREAM FLOAT

Servings: 4

 
 

Ingredients

4 scoops of vanilla ice cream

1 12-15 ounce bottle or can of Guinness stout

Directions

In 4 small glasses or teacups, add one scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass.

Slowly pour Guinness stout over the ice cream and serve immediately.

 

Variations: Substitute chocolate ice cream, add whipped cream, cocoa powder or hot fudge. And for your UNDER-21 friends, use Root Beer or Ginger Beer over the ice cream.
